Three kinds of organization. Not ten.
This page used to list ten industries. We removed it. We have zero• Argos OS customers today, and a company at our stage claiming deep expertise across ten verticals is telling you something it cannot possibly know. What follows is the three groups we can actually speak to — because we are one of them, and because the other two are the ones our own 26• clients live in.
our own environment · not customer scaleYou outgrew “a PSA plus a folder of spreadsheets.” We did too, which is why this exists.
Argos OS was not designed for MSPs by a software company that interviewed some. It was built by an MSP that has been running since 2013• and got tired of paying twelve vendors to disagree about which client a device belongs to. Every product in the platform exists because our own technicians needed it on a Tuesday.
That ticket number is lower than our real one. We ran on SyncroMSP and Freshdesk before this and that history did not come with us when we left — we cannot prove it, so we do not count it. It is also the reason Argos exports everything you put into it, any day, at no cost. We have been the customer standing there holding the empty box.
our own environmentRegulated, audited, and tired of compliance software that is really a questionnaire with a subscription.
HIPAA, PCI DSS, NY DFS Part 500, SOC 2 — four regimes that ask overlapping questions and traditionally require four separate evidence-gathering exercises, because the tools that answer them cannot see each other’s data. In Argos they are mapped across 18• compliance frameworks over one control set, so a control satisfied once is satisfied everywhere it appears.
- Evidence pulled from live systems. The MFA coverage figure in your compliance report comes from the identity system that enforces MFA — not from a person ticking a box in a portal in April.
- An audit trail that refuses to be edited. The audit log is hash-chained and append-only at the database level• — three triggers, and an application role that holds INSERT and SELECT only. An UPDATE returns an error, and you can reproduce that on day one of the trial rather than take our word for it.
- Anchored where we cannot reach it. Our audit chain head is stamped into Bitcoin block 959874•. We do not control the Bitcoin blockchain, which is the entire point of using it.
- Phish-resistant MFA and ransomware defense in the same platform as the compliance evidence about them — so “we are compliant” and “we are secure” are answered from one source instead of two that quietly diverge.
CMMC L2 and CJIS work, where “we don’t send data to public AI” has to be provable, not promised.
Every vendor in this market has quietly added AI features in the last two years, and most cannot tell you where the inference happened. If you handle controlled unclassified information, a policy statement about that is not an answer — an enforcement point is.
The private AI gateway is a gate, not a preference. If a tenant is configured to forbid public models, the call does not get made — and the record of it not being made is written to the same append-only log as everything else, which is what turns a claim into evidence during an assessment.
One thing we will not tell you: that Argos makes you CMMC compliant. No software does that. What it does is remove the part where you spend six weeks assembling evidence that already existed in eleven systems that could not talk to each other.
our own environmentRun your practice. Then sell the security.
For an MSP the first two groups on this page are not separate audiences — they are your clients. The platform that runs your operation is the same platform you sell security, compliance and pentesting from, under your own brand, because the security products already know who your clients are. There is no second system to reconcile and no per-product integration to buy.
- Run the MSP — one console for tickets, sales, billing, documentation and client experience.
- Sell the security — threat intel, compliance, pentesting and phish-resistant MFA packaged as recurring revenue under your brand.
- Prove the value — QBRs, live scorecards and audit-ready evidence generated from the systems themselves, which is what makes renewals short conversations.
- Own it — open export any day, no exit fee, no vendor holding your client relationships as collateral.
If you are not one of these three, tell us.
We would rather say “that is not what this is for” in a first conversation than discover it in month four. The whole platform is free for 30• days at launch — no card, no onboarding fee, no lock-in, and we stand it up for you.
