Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Argos Operating System (“Argos OS”), the website at argos-os.com, and related services (the “Service”) provided by Intelligent Automation, LLC (“Intelligent Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to protect the Service, our customers, and the public, and to keep Argos OS secure, reliable, and lawful. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including your authorized users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual-property or proprietary rights of any party;
- Upload, distribute, or develop malware, ransomware, exploits, or other malicious code, except for legitimate, authorized security testing conducted strictly within an approved scope (see below);
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data, or bypass authentication or access controls;
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited or abusive communications, or harvest contact information for such purposes;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or any connected system;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by law or by us in writing;
- Impose an excessive or disproportionate load on the Service, or conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) activity;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written permission;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Security Testing Rules
Argos OS includes cybersecurity and offensive-security capabilities. Any security testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or red-team activity performed using the Service must be conducted only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test, and only pursuant to written authorization and a signed rules-of-engagement document defining scope, targets, timing, and permitted techniques. You are solely responsible for confirming that you hold valid authorization before conducting any testing. Testing outside an authorized scope is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.
Content Standards
You are responsible for all content you submit to or process through the Service. Content must be lawful, must not infringe the rights of others, and must not contain material that is malicious, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under this Policy. You must hold all rights and consents necessary for your use of such content within the Service.
Consequences of Violation
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning you, removing or disabling content, throttling activity, and suspending or terminating access to the Service. Where a violation poses an imminent security risk or legal exposure, we may act immediately and without prior notice. We may also cooperate with law-enforcement authorities as required.
Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, or of any security vulnerability or abuse involving the Service, please report it promptly to [email protected] or [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to investigate, and do not exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
