Data Subject Access Request

Intelligent Automation, LLC (“Intelligent Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, data-protection laws—including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other state and national privacy laws—give you rights over the personal information we hold about you. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What You Can Request
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- Delete or erase your personal information;
- Port your data by receiving it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Note: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How to Submit a Request
To submit a Data Subject Access Request, email [email protected] with the subject line “DSAR”. Please include:
- The specific right(s) you wish to exercise;
- Your full name and the email address or other identifiers associated with your information so we can verify your identity;
- Enough detail to help us locate the relevant information.
Because we do not currently operate a live online request form, all requests can be submitted by email to the address above, and we will guide you through the process.
Identity Verification
To protect your information, we must verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to confirm details we already hold or to provide additional information sufficient to establish that you are the person to whom the data relates. We will not use information collected for verification for any other purpose.
Our Process & Timelines
We will acknowledge your request promptly upon receipt. We aim to respond within 30 to 45 days, depending on the applicable law and the complexity of the request. Where the law permits and a request is complex or we receive many requests, we may extend this period and will let you know the reason and the new timeframe.
Fees
We do not charge a fee to handle your request, except where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act, as permitted by law. We will explain our reasoning if this applies.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Appeals
If we decline your request, we will explain why. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with the subject line “DSAR Appeal.” You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection or privacy regulator.
