The things that usually go wrong
are the things we removed.
None of these are concessions we make when you push. They are how the contract is written before you arrive, because we have been on the wrong side of all six.
- No auto-renewal. Nothing renews itself while you aren’t looking. If you want another month, you take another month.
- No multi-year lock-in. There is no discount for signing away three years, because there is no three-year paper to sign.
- No per-endpoint tax. You pay per technician. Endpoints are unlimited — growing a client’s fleet is not a billing event.
- Open-format export, any day. Tickets, clients, documentation, assets and audit history — out, in formats other software can read, at no cost, including on the way out the door.
- We stand it up for you. Deployment, white-labeling and the first data load are ours to do, at no charge. You are not buying a login and a wiki.
- The price goes on the website. Not in a quote, not per-prospect, not “let’s find a number that works for you.” One published number everybody can read.
Argos carries 1,301• tickets resolved end to end on our own MSP, and every one of them is real and provable. Our real number is higher. We ran on SyncroMSP and Freshdesk before this, and that history didn’t come with us when we left.
We can’t prove it, so we don’t count it. That’s why Argos exports everything, any day, at no cost. We’ve been the customer holding the empty box.

The one thing we do self-host is our own substrate — identity, source control, secrets, timestamping, 84• repos of it — which is why no upstream per-seat license tax flows through to your bill.
