Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Intelligent Automation, LLC (“Intelligent Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Argos Operating System (“Argos OS”), a secure platform for managed service providers that brings together professional services automation, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, identity, IT documentation, multi-factor authentication, e-signature, and an AI gateway. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit argos-os.com (the “Website”) or engage with us about Argos OS.

This Policy describes our practices as a data controller for our own marketing, sales, and website activities. When we process data on behalf of our customers as part of delivering Argos OS, we act as a processor (or service provider) under the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum, and that agreement governs.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you give us directly, including when you complete a form, request a demo, book a meeting, contact support or sales, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the contents of your message or request.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and other usage data. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Information from Our Chat Assistant

If you interact with a chat or AI assistant on the Website, we collect the messages you submit and related metadata so we can respond to your inquiry and improve our services. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat assistant.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer and sales support;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Argos OS;
  • To send transactional and administrative communications, and—where permitted—relevant marketing communications you may opt out of at any time;
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (for example, optional cookies and marketing); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and promoting our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Website is used. For details on the categories we use, their purposes, and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers and sub-processors — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, and customer support, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intelligent Automation, our customers, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, hardened and access-controlled infrastructure, the principle of least privilege, and a hash-chained audit trail for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our Data Subject Access Request page or email [email protected].

GDPR / UK Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

California (CCPA/CPRA) Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your rights through our DSAR page or by contacting [email protected].

Children’s Privacy

The Website and Argos OS are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for international transfers.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we send only transactional and account-related messages—we do not send marketing texts without separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
