The revenue case

Run your practice. Then sell the security.

Argos OS runs the business — PSA, documentation, monitoring, contracts, billing. The same platform, on the same data model, also gives you a security practice you can put in front of your clients. Not a second vendor. Not a second login. Not a second invoice to reconcile.

Scope: every operational figure on this page is measured on our own environment — the MSP Intelligent Automation has run since 2013. This is the reference implementation, not a customer case study. We do not have customer case studies yet.

The motion

The same record you bill from is the record you sell from.

A suite is twelve products that share a login screen. An operating system is twelve products that share a data model. Here is what that difference is actually worth on an invoice.

1 · You onboard a client The client exists once — in the client graph. Service, Compass, GRC, Red and the portal all read the same record. There is no second onboarding for “the security side.”
2 · Operations generate evidence Every patch dispatched, ticket resolved, contract signed and monitor tripped writes into the audit trail as it happens. Evidence is a byproduct of doing the work, not a quarterly screenshot exercise.
3 · Evidence becomes a posture score GRC maps that live evidence to controls across 18 frameworks. You did not buy a compliance tool and then feed it. It was already fed.
4 · The score becomes a service Posture, gap remediation and a named vCISO cadence are a line item you can quote today — priced on work you were already doing and could not previously show.
5 · The client shows it to their customers A white-labeled Trust Center on their domain publishes the posture you manage. Your client wins their own deals with it, which is the version of this that renews.
Schedule A · What you can package

Six services, one console.

Each of these is a product you already own the moment you run Argos OS. Status is labeled, because a service you cannot deliver yet is not a service.

Compliance AS A SERVICE

Live
Argos GRC

Continuous posture scoring across 18 frameworks — SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, CIS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NYDFS and more. Live evidence pulled from the operations you are already running, plus the vCISO modules around it: maturity scoring, IR retainer, privacy, AI risk, SBOM, BCP.

Your client stops buying: Vanta or Drata, plus a vCISO retainer

Managed MONITORING

Live
Argos Watch · Argos Ethereal

Uptime, certificate expiry, service health and Wi-Fi assurance under one pager, with a public status page your client can point their own users at. We run 300 monitors across our own estate as the reference implementation.

Scope: our own environment.

Your client stops buying: a separate uptime vendor and status page

Threat DETECTION

Live
Argos Red · Argos Identity · Argos Canaries

M365 and Sophos ITDR correlation, attack-path graphs, dark-web and stealer intel, and deception tokens that stay silent until someone touches them. Detections resolve against the same client graph, so an alert already knows whose environment it is and which ticket it becomes.

Your client stops buying: a stand-alone SIEM or managed-detection console

Trust CENTER

Live
Included with Argos GRC

A branded, white-labeled Trust Center on your client’s own domain, where their prospects and auditors self-serve frameworks, controls, certifications and sub-processors. NDA-gated documents capture leads. Evidence anchors to Bitcoin so a skeptical buyer can verify it without asking anyone’s permission.

Your client stops buying: SafeBase, Vanta Trust Center

Security AWARENESS

Live
Argos Train

Curated courses with auto-graded quizzes, dated completion certificates and per-framework coverage reports. Learners train through a no-login magic link. Every certificate files into Compass and lands in GRC as evidence — which is the part that turns a training line item into a compliance line item.

Your client stops buying: KnowBe4, Proofpoint Security Awareness

Recurring PENTEST

Live
Argos Phantom

External, Active Directory, identity and email — the surfaces SMBs actually get breached through. A finding only counts as exploited when it is confirmed out-of-band, and every exploitable finding files as compliance evidence and gets re-tested after the fix.

Your client stops buying: a once-a-year boutique engagement
Schedule B · Where the margin comes from

Not from a discount. From deleted work.

No second vendor relationship One contract, one renewal, one support path, one security questionnaire to answer about your own stack.
No integration to maintain Products on the same data model do not need connectors between them. The connector you never build is the connector that never breaks at 2 a.m.
No evidence collection sprint Audit evidence accumulates continuously from live operations. The quarter-end scramble is the labor line most MSPs never price and always absorb.
No reconciliation between systems A client is one record. A device is one record. When two tools disagree about reality, someone on your team is paid to referee. Here there is nothing to referee.
You own the data outright Export everything, any day, at no cost, in a format you can read without us.

Why that last row exists. We ran on SyncroMSP and Freshdesk before we ran on this, and that history did not come with us when we left. Our real ticket count is higher than the 1,301 we publish — we just cannot prove the rest, so we do not count it.

That is why Argos exports everything, any day, at no cost. We have been the customer holding the empty box, and we are not going to be the vendor who hands one over.

Don’t trust us. Check us.

What we are not claiming.

A revenue page is exactly where a vendor starts rounding up. Here is the register of what this page does not assert.

Customer proof We have zero Argos OS customers today. There are no testimonials on this site, no logo wall, and no case studies, because there is nothing true to put in them. Everything here is the practice we run on ourselves.
Scale Our numbers describe one MSP’s environment — 26 client companies and 1,301 tickets resolved end to end. That is a working system, not a proven-at-fleet-scale system. Ask us the difference and we will answer it plainly.
Automated containment Overwatch containment is built and dry-run verified, not production-proven. And by design containment takes two human approvals — we are not going to let software isolate your client’s domain controller on its own judgment.
Price Published at launch. We would rather show you a blank where the number goes than a number we intend to change.
What you can verify today Every claim on this site carries a footnote with its scope, its evidence, and where independently possible a third-party verifier — including our audit chain head in Bitcoin block 959874. Check the ones that matter to you. That is the point of publishing them.
